Include your order number and quick explanation for the return.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label for you to print along with instructions.
Refunds:
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Original duties and tariffs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you may return your original purchase for a refund (within the 30 days window) and place a new order if the item is still available.
